People ask why we ONLY accept orders by phone?

Easy - to make sure you are ordering the correct product - something you can't do with an online order system - simple reason is that if you order an incorrect product, the manufacture will accept back a product but that is subject to a manufacturers restocking charge plus added delivery charges - this can total up to 40% of the original cost [provided a fabric hasn't been cut or wallpaper unwrapped]

Isn't it easier to phone and verify the pattern number BEFORE committing to buy?

On confirmation of your order, will we process your payment details and email confirmation back to you, normally within the hour. Your order is then placed with our suppliers and on receipt of your goods, we quality-check and ship to you, fully insured. Once your order has been shipped we email you again to let you know it's on it's way. Easy, honest and secure
