
If I have a complaint how do you
resolve it ?
For a start. we don't have many
complaints!
Once you have placed your order
with us we email product and payment confirmation to you - allowing you to check
that we have the correct details.
Prior to despatch, we
quality-check for accuracy of order.
These two important steps
minimise most errors.
Should you find that your order
is damaged or faulty in anyway, simply return to us for a full
replacement.
This does not include any
"change of mind" that you might have.
Unlike some other e-retailers,
we collect the faulty package AT OUR COST the same day.
